MIFID PROJECT MANAGER

Opportunity for an experienced Regulatory Project Manager to joining the Private Banking Division of one of the worlds leading Investment Banks.

The role will run multiple projects within the Private Bank, including coordinate all aspects of the successful implementation of and adherence to MiFID and other regulatory obligations.

The individual reports into and supports key stakeholders across the Front Office, various product and functional areas as well as the governance office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Project manage all aspects of the MiFID Working Group, including establishing the agenda, drafting of minutes as well as creation of the tracking framework to ensure transparency and accountability of actions to key functional areas
- Establishing MiFID implementation framework across PB ensuring obligations are being met to a high standard, including working with Operations and the product programmes
- Timely and accurate production of key MIS to ensure transparency of progress against key milestones
- Implement strong control and governance framework around all aspects of MiFID implementation in the Private Bank.
- Partner with Compliance and key stakeholders in determining and implementing the appropriate training requirements across the Private Bank.

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum of 5 years of Private Banking or Financial Services experience
- Strong project management skills
- Familiarity with regulatory framework, especially MiFID and Client Money rules would be beneficial but not mandatory
- Understanding of front to back operations would be beneficial
- Ability to consistently deliver work to a high standard
