A perfect place to bring your expertise, We're looking for a contractor/freelancer with expert knowledge in the MIFID/FIDLEG Consulting Diligent Review.

TASKS

* Support the MiFID II - FIDLEG projects/streams with professional and regulatory interpretations and their implementation of processes.

* Creation of business requirements based on the Legal Requirements

* Identification and preparation of regulatory-driven business decisions

* Support the design and legal validation of business processes and business specifications

* Definition and adaptation of forms and customer communications based on the MiFID II requirements

* Support the training of individual module components

* Input and reviewer for the international Booking Centers and Advisory Office processes/requirements

PROFILE

* Good knowledge of MiFID II and FIDLEG regulatory content regarding consumer protection and Organizational Law (legal education of advantage). Knowledge of the legislative process.

* Solid experience with complex regulatory projects and Stakeholder Management

* Knowledge and experience in private banking and the distribution of financial production

* Very good English and German (verbal and written)

* User knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

* Implementation skills
