Middleware Support Expert

To work with a client in the aviation field, we are looking for one Middleware Support Expert.

Are you an expert in Middleware configuration and administration?

Do you have experience with Monitoring tools such as HP Openview?

Are you interested in contracting or are already a contractor?

Are you interested in working in an international environment within aviation?

If the answer is yes to the above questions, THEN WE MAY HAVE THE JOB ROLE FOR YOU!

Here are just some of the exciting responsibilities involved:

- Carry out the software and/or Middleware systems transfer procedures from development to operations, for the installation and migration of new software releases and increments.
- Provide second level support for software applications and/or Middleware in order to maintain the operational services.
- Assemble different software components, as produced by the software development teams, to build an increment of the Systems and to test that they interact correctly.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Middleware configuration and administration (eg Weblogic, TOMCAT, Oracle DB)
- Bachelor degree in IT related domain
- Configuration management: ClearCase, SharePoint, GitHUb
- Remedy, ServiceNow, Scripting (Perl, kornshell, ), IT system Monitoring/Supervision, Docker, OPENSHIFT, Ansible
- Development/configuration tools: Oracle Sql language, Java, JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence.
- Testing Tools: HP ALM (dashboard and reports), Selenium
