Middleware Engineer (Oracle/IBM) - Financial Services

Salary: £50-60K cash + performance bonus + 28 days holiday

A leading financial organisation is looking to hire a Middleware Engineer to support and improve the company's hybrid Oracle and IBM focused middleware technology stack within a mixed Linux / UNIX / Windows environment. This is a growth role within a brand new team that is being built out as a result of a rapidly developing IT infrastructure and associated business needs so this is an exciting time to join.

Ideally this person will have a broad middleware skill set across the Oracle and IBM technologies below, however if you have expertise in one but not both areas and some exposure to the other this may also be applicable as the team will be accommodating for growth and development of skills.

Technologies supported by the team, a good combination of these will be ideal, they do not expect people to have all of these and there will be a good opportunity to be exposed to a broad number of technologies in the role:

* Oracle - Fusion, Weblogic, Identity Manager (OAM, OVD, OID, OFI etc), WebCenter, Documaker and BPMN
* IBM - Websphere MQ, Websphere Message Broker, Jrules
* Linux - Red Hat Linux / Oracle Enterprise
* Windows - Windows Server/Platform
* Sterling Security FTG and Proxy
* Informatica, Control M and IAM
* Microsoft IIS and Sharepoint
* DNS Fundamentals, BIND Network fundamentals
* Appreciation of ITIL frameworks and support
