Middleware Engineer

For an Air Traffic Management client, Eurocity is looking for new consultants for MIDDLEWARE ENGINEER positions (Junior, Senior, Expert) for a minimum of 2 years as our client has a preference for candidates interested in long term contracts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with UNIX or LINUX including knowledge of a Scripting language (eg Zshell, perl,..)
- Oracle
- SQL and database programming skills
- Experience with deployment of mission critical large scale production environment
- System administration (installing, configuring, monitoring, administrating) of with Oracle (BEA) WebLogic on LINUX or UNIX
- System administration (installing, configuring, monitoring, administrating) of : With IBM Tivoli products for Identity management, With Tivoli products for Access management
- JAVA programming
- Experience with open source tools based on JAVA technology
- JDBC
- Communication protocols: http/https, TCP/IP
- Experience in web services client and server applications development both in REST and SOAP
- Experience in application Servers such as Weblogic or Tomcat
- Experience in memory and thread management aspects of a server application
- Experience with the deployment, maintenance and support of data bases in a mission critical environment is an Nice to have
- Knowledge of secure application design and development experience, and knowledge of security guidelines such as OWASP
- Configuration management tools
- Experience with capacity and performance analysis and reporting
- Ability to work on complex systems
- Very good algorithmic thinking skills
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- NM business knowledge
- Managerial skills (resource management, staff motivation, coordination and planning)
