Duration : 6months +

Job Description
We are currently seeking a mid to senior Middleware developer to join our team. We are part of our client's Application Development Team and our technical team supports various internal/external windows/web based systems. This position is a multi-platform and multi skill developer role

The main responsibilities of the position are

- Identify opportunities for process improvements/efficiencies within the existing applications
- Establish effective EDI monitoring and notifications process
- Troubleshoot various vendor applications and making specific determinations about system performance and provide guidance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 8 + years of application development and implementation experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft web development using ASP.NET, .NET Frame Work 4.0/3.5/2.0, VS2010/2008/2005, MVC 3.0/4.0 experience working with LINQ, Microsoft Entity Frame Work 4.0 experience with SOA, web services, WCF and Distributed systems
- experience working with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 databases, T-SQL (views, stored procedures, functions, etc.), SSIS 2005/2008, PERFORMANCE TUNING
- experience working with EDI and data mapping
- experience working with TFS 2010

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Nice to have experience with Share Point Portal
- Nice to have experience with Enterprise Library 2005 or above
- Nice to have experience working with Agile Development team
- Proactive team player with a.can-do* attitude.
- Microsoft Certification is a plus
