POSITION: MIDDLEWARE CONSULTANT
JOB LOCATION: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM
CONTRACT DURATION: 6MONTHS +
LANGUAGE PREFERRED: FRENCH/DUTCH
WE ARE LOOKING MIDDLEWARE CONSULTANT FOR BRUSSELS, BELGIUM LOCATION
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- This role will be a technical position responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration for Middleware (ActiveMQ, Jetty, Apache Tomcat etc.) infrastructure.
- Tasks will include supporting the infrastructure of critical citywide applications.
- Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, design issues and upgrades.
- Perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement strategies for migration, consolidation and upgrade of Middleware components.
- This person will function as one of the technical administrators for the group and work with various teams, and will need to have the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Also person should communicate clearly and excellently
- Should have ITIL knowledge
- Should have good written and communication skills
- Good understanding of Windows and Linux Operating systems
- Should be Quick learner.
- Good knowledge on Apache Tomcat, Web Sphere.
- Good to have Bamboo tool knowledge.
SKILLS:
ACTIVEMQ AND JETTY MIDDLEWARE ADMINISTRATION IS A MUST (ELASTIC SEARCH, CAMEL, ACTIVEOS, NODEJS KNOWLEDGE IS ADDED ADVANTAGE)
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6- 8 YEARS
OTHER SKILLS: JAVA, JMS, HTML, MAVEN SCRIPTING
