Mid Level Network Engineer Job

MID LEVEL NETWORK ENGINEER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Quantico, VA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Certification Testing - USMC Validator - Network (Combine Communications/Network Storage
- Required: IAT 2: GSEC, Security+, SSCP
- Four to nine (4 - 9) years of experience in telecommunications and/or data communications

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Evaluates communication hardware and software, troubleshoots LAN/MAN/WAN and other network related problems, provides technical expertise for performance and configuration of networks.
- Performs general LAN/BAN/WAN administration, provides technical leadership in the integration and test of complex large-scale computer integrated networks.
- Schedules conversions and cutovers.
- Oversees network control center.
- Supervises staff and maintenance of systems. Coordinates with all responsible users and sites.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Required: IAT 2: GSEC, Security+, SSCP -MUST HAVE
- Secret w/SSBI Clearance-Tier II-MUST HAVE
- Four to nine (4 - 9) years of experience in telecommunications and/or data communications.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field of study
