MID-LEVEL .NET ENGINEER

Location: Atlanta

SolTech is seeking a self-motivated, independent, sharp and enthusiastic .NET Engineer with great communication skills and C# experience, to join ourteam. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys building relationships with co-workers, prefers working directly with customers, and takes the time to review their code and understand how system changes could negatively impact other systems.

You will be working on a team that consists of a lead architect, business analyst, and quality assurance analyst. The primary focus will be on developing new functionality for web-based order management, workflow, and Back Office systems.

Job Responsibilities

- Development and implementation of new features and functionality to web-based and Windows order management systems
- Review code and understand possible impacts to changes which could negatively impact other systems
- Work directly with outside clients to understand requirements

Required Skills

- Strong development experience with ASP.NET and C#
- Understand Windows Services (background applications run on a server) and Web Services (WSDL docs, SOAP, etc.) and how to debug them
- Experience with SQL Server 2005 and Visual Studio 2010
- Knowledge of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF)
