You will join the Easyway team. EasyWay is an innovative tool for web-based access to services, providing enhanced Real Time risk control and more effective decision making.

ROLE:

Microsoft Windows Environment Development Authority

You are a key contributor to application development projects requiring team members mastering a large and heterogeneous set of application development competencies. You will leverage them all to swiftly deliver IT solutions to the business, to support and steer development team.

YOUR ROLE:

- Enable the implementation of the domain strategy (ie create when needed domain-specific guidelines usable by the project designers, developers or testers; drive the execution of the cost and complexity reduction actions and report progress on their implementation)
- Establish & maintain effective relationships with the key stakeholders for your domain (Product Management, Business operations, Corporate Technology, Information Systems Architecture,...)
- Timely reporting of risks and issues related to your own technology area
- Pro actively develop and maintain your knowledge of the applications running on Windows
- Ensure that a correct level of up-to-date documentation is maintained for your area
- Create and maintain guidelines: design pattern, coding (VB .Net, C# .Net, CSS...)
- Support the delivery team on the understanding of the guidelines and the common components
- Identify common components that will be used by the different delivery teams
- Design reusable and efficient common components
- Control the correct usage of guidelines: participate to design review session, perform some code review
- Play the role of technical expert to help and support delivery teams

PROFILE:

MANDATORY SKILLS:

- VB.NET
- Web 2.0 - Javascript (JQuery), HTML, CSS, etc
- Standard development patterns (eg M.V.C)
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Windows development knowledge
- 3 to 5 years experience for Design/Architecture in Windows (Communication) domains
- Experience in writing guidelines for a team
- Fluent in English

IMPORTANT:
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE FOR DESIGN/ARCHITECTURE IN WINDOWS COMMUNICATION DOMAINS.
