MICROSOFT WINDOWS DEVELOPER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Philadelphia, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Designs, develops, codes, tests, and debugs large-scale new software products, or makes significant enhancements to existing software.
- May serve as a technical team or task leader.
- Researches and integrates design strategies, product specifications, development schedules, and user expectations into product capabilities.
- Resolves system hardware/software compatibility issues and interface design considerations.
- Researches emerging technologies to determine impact on application execution.
- Provides input to staff involved in writing and updating technical documentation such as requirements, user manuals, system documentation, and training materials.
- Troubleshoots complex problems and provides customer support for software operating systems and application issues.
- Advises hardware engineers on machine characteristics that affect software systems, such as storage capacity, processing speed, and input/output requirements.
- Prepares reports on analyses, findings, and project progress.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
- Four to six (4-6+) years of related software development experience.
- Experience leading a software development team.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Development including the following technologies:
- C++, C++/CLI
- C#
- WPF
- NET Framework
- Network layer programming (multicast and TCP)
- Concurrency and distributed processing
- Graphics/GUI Development
- Electronics, Control Systems, and Embedded Systems experience a plus
