Strong knowledge Microsoft Server technologies and Vmware
Microsoft MCSE, MCITP or MCSA certifications essential on Windows Server technologies Experience with Linux is a plus.

Primary Tasks and responsibilities
GRQP project related IT Infrastructure activities
Analyze systems and document systems in scope of CSV according to SDLC requirements
Server, Printer & Data Center monitoring, administration and operation
2nd & 3rd Line support (troubleshooting, incident management, debugging)
Design & deploy solutions
Integration and support of solutions together with other application teams
Performance monitoring & tuning
Creation and improvements of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and QA documentation
Disaster recovery design & support activities
Executing planned maintenance (security patching, operating system and tooling upgrades.
