Our client, the global leader for operating systems and key software solutions for desktops, Servers and the cloud, requires an experienced Support Specialist to work within the Lync Escalation Support Team.

Candidates for this contract role will have extensive experience in senior technical support roles (2nd or 3rd line support) focused on Lync - either Microsoft infrastructure and software products. They will also possess strong technical knowledge of MS Lync and MS Exchange (EWS and OWA). They will be expert troubleshooters and have advance debugging and Scripting skills (Powershell).

Naturally they will have excellent communication skills and be adept at handling customer problems through to resolution
