Microsoft Support Consultant

My client is searching for someone who is able to manage the first line responses on a freelance basis.

You will be knowledgeable to help with first fixes and technical enough that you can provide technical recommendations/troubleshooting with mainly Microsoft products.

Must speak English and French as a minimum (Dutch would be an advantage but isn't necessary).
Role based in Brussels, Belgium so ideally my client would like someone who is able to commute to the office daily.
