Microsoft Solution Architect (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Work within an architecture team
-Work very closely with offshore Product Scrum teams and offshore Operational Teams, especially Architects, Product owners, Developers, Engineers, other IT Specialists at a global scale
-Provide both high and low-level design work to support a range of IT solutions
-Create solutions by addressing business issues by designing integrated IT solutions and IT managed services (this includes helping to develop tactical plans to go from the AS IS information technology environment to the TO BE IT infrastructure supporting these business plans)
-Enable buy-in by using consultative skills to design and implement IT solutions, serve as a “trusted advisor” providing analysis, guidance, and design of processes, people, and technology solutions for the client
-Help to prepare needs assessments, proposed Scope of Work, and specific proposals to IT managed services solutions, including technical specifications, configurations, and agreements.
-Conduct code reviews of proposed solutions to ensure source code meets design specifications
-Code, when necessary, to support team objectives
-Present proposals addressing strategic business development opportunities for IT projects, including hardware and software refresh, security assessments and monitoring projects.
-Leverage issue and bug tracking software to identify trends indicating systems or software inconsistencies within the integration space

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Profound hands on experience with the Microsoft stack (other than SharePoint, Dynamics)
-Profound project experience with adequate complexity
-Experience with .Net Framework /.Net Core and modern development techniques and methodologies
-Experience with MS Azur
-Willingness to attend inception workshops and capture high-level requirements including NFRs
-Ability to produce technical output from workshop meetings and technical discussions
-Experience in formulating and leading solution design for the Microsoft stack within a heterogeneous environment (including non-Microsoft products)
-Perform code reviews and security code reviews
-Experience in producing Software Requirement Specifications
-Experience with UML, Sparx EA, TOGAF and DevOps
