MICROSOFT LYNC ENGINEER (SKYPE FOR BUSINESS)
YOUR TASKS
- 1st/2nd Level and partly 3rd level support, as well as in Microsoft Unified Communications
- (Lync 2013, Exchange 2010/2013)
- Customer service, error analysis and elimination of complex incidents
- Installation, configuration and optimization of a modern Microsoft server environment
- Operation of the IT infrastructure
- Project-Support and advice in infrastructural issues
YOUR SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
- Solid technical training in computer science environment
- Designated years of practical experience in several projects in the Microsoft environment, incl. UC
- Focusing on Microsoft Lync and Exchange and SQL
- Experience in the operation and development of Windows-based services & SharePoint beneficial but not necessarily
- Solid virtualization technology skills (HyperV and VMware/vCenter)
- Current Microsoft certifications (MCSA/MCSE)
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes
- Very good German, English and French
