MICROSOFT LYNC ENGINEER
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced MICROSOFT LYNC ENGINEER to join one of their clients, a well renowned Swiss organisation operating in the banking environment. For this temporary assignment (6months +) based in Zurich, we are seeking an English speaking candidate who is immediately available.
THE ENVIRONMENT:
You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for operational support of a Global Skype for Business 2013 implementation with Enterprise Voice capabilities. You will be primarily responsible for conducting critical system maintenance activities in the environment in order to enable the stability and resilience of this Real Time service.
YOUR PROFILE:
- University degree and/or further field related studies
- Hands on experience in deploying, configuring and supporting LYNC 2010, 2013, SKYPE FOR BUSINESS including supporting integration with Microsoft and custom applications
- Experience in providing support on one of more areas
- User and access management
- Backup and restore of environments
- Reporting on system performance
- 3+ years' experience in Lync required
- Ideal certifications:
- MTA
- MSCT in; Exchange, SharePoint, SQL Server or Windows Serve
- MCSA
- Ideally ITIL certified
- Fluent in English, German a distinct advantage
