6 Month Contract
Day rate: €450-500
In the context of a company-wide migration program, the successful candidate will be a key player in liaising and assisting teams to qualify and design the network, systems and application resources. He will also provide guidance and expertise before, during and after the implementation of required changes when moving resources from their original location towards the new network configuration.
A particular attention will be required to induce as less as possible disruption and/or impact on the service level of applications and user experience in all environments
Candidate is oriented Infrastructure and has a broad knowledge of Microsoft & Linux/unix technology. Candidate needs to have experience in translating high level infrastructure-concept into technical documentation. He/she knows the technological evolution on the market & best-practices.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Must have's:
Able to analyze and document applications flows into an application and infrastructure architecture, be it cloud-/web-based or Legacy
Possesses a strong command of architecture and troubleshooting methodologies in conjunction with a security-minded approach
Able to interact with business people, application leads and technical engineers
Able to analyse and document infrastructure components into an infrastructure architecture (high level design + detailed technical design)
Able to interact, and give support to IT people, operational teams and subject matter specialists
Able to translate application architectures into infrastructure architectures - detailed technical designs, based upon existing documentation and feedback from the people involved in a particular application
Excellent understanding of network protocols and technology stacks (systems and applications) is necessary
Configuration and utilization of network tools specialized in packet capture tools, performance management, troubleshooting and forensics analysis.
Ability to analyze network traces in order to understand components dialogs and relationships (session level & packet level)
Technical Architect expertise knowledge on:
-Unix (Solaris) & Linux technology
-Operating Systems - Clustering - Virtualisatie - Hardware
-Hypervisors (VMware - HyperV -
-Operating Systems (Unix (Solaris) & Linux technology (RedHat family )
-OS Clustering frameworks
-Server Hardware
Large environment and/or datacenter migration experience, experience on cloud !
migration projects Knowledge of ITIL, CobIT and ISO standards
IAM expertise desirable, including public key infrastructure, Identity & Web access management and Federation standards.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO27001
