Roles and Responsibilities

MICROSOFT EXCHANGE CONSULTANT WITH MIGRATION EXPERIENCE is responsible for delivery of IT Infrastructure elements of mailing system

Responsibilities include:
Understand the client's overall mailing architecture and strategic IT plans, and effectively position Microsoft Products and Services to ensure a successful implementation of Microsoft products and technologies
Leads the design/delivery of mailing architecture both Microsoft and Non-Microsoft
The Consultant should be capable of solving complex technical problems, communicating technical concepts to clients and peers with mixed levels of technical abilities, and making sound technical and architectural decisions independently.
Establish and adhere to IT industry best practices and standards as it relates to Architecting/Designing Client's messaging systems.
Lead/participate in messaging technical team.

Experience
7+ Years of Microsoft Mailing system and Active Directory Experience.
Architecting Complex cross forest/cross platform mailing system migration.
Architecting Complex AD forest consolidation.
Mailing system migration project experience from non- Microsoft to Microsoft or vice-versa would be added advantage.
Setting up Office 365 in complex multi forest scenario.
IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must
Deep skills with Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013/office 365 Design/Migration/Implementation and Support
Exposure to multiple messaging products would be added advantage
Strong Active Directory consolidation and migration skills
Strong Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 skills.
Strong competency in powershell/VBScript/WMI Scripting to automate daily tasks.
Strong knowledge on Quest product and migration using Quest
Advanced Microsoft Certification like MCSE, CCNA, Exchange 2007/2010 certification preferred
