Microsoft Dynamics developer

Role description as a CRM developer, you work closely with colleagues in the CRM scrum team: colleague developers, scrum master, tester, product owner and application managers.

Collectively, the CRM Developers take care of changes to the user organization from the backlog and are responsible for the CRM from development to production, also matters from the technical debt are picked up. There are also some big new epics on the schedule. For this function, the candidate must be able to implement changes in reports, workflows, plugins, JavaScript. In addition, the CRM system is connected to other applications by means of services, which is why experience in the field of web services is also desirable.

Description of the activities:

- Design, develop and document changes and expansions of Microsoft Dynamics CRM version 2016 SP2.

This concerns changes in:

- Reports;
- Workflows;
- Plugins;
- Javascript;
- Security roles.

Advising Product Owner, requirements analysts, users and others involved about the (im) possibilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM;Develop, monitor and apply standards and guidelines for Dynamics CRM configuration and customization, and supervising fellow developers in it;Is aware of the possibilities of CRM in the cloud and can advise and apply knowledge about this.
