Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administration & Reporting
*Provide CRM administration and operational support including user and security and license management.
*Act as the key communications link between Users, the ICT HelpdeskMS Visual Studio (Report writing), Crystal Reports, SharePoint, Visio etc.
*Excellent report writing skills
