Microsoft Dynamics CRM Application Support

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM support candidate will monitor the production systems and identify and solve any incidents within the agreed time spans. When necessary, you will escalate issues to the vendor or reroute them to one of the delivery teams. Your work will furthermore consist of formulating requests for changes, Production Acceptance testing and writing and updating procedural documentation. You will participate in new projects (Installing/deploy new software, advising about the new infrastructure, creating MQ-connection, co-writing installation guide, configuration and support documentation, production acceptation test of new software).

Systems experience (must haves):

* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
* Experience with Internet Information Services;
* Experience with Database systems, Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft SQL Server

Reporting Services;

* Experience with SQL Scripting;
* Experience with/knowledge of Windows Server;
* Experience with/knowledge of Active Directory;
* Experience with WebSphere MQ.

Systems experience (nice to haves):

* Previous experience includes financial sector;
* Experience with TCP/IP, Firewalls, Communication/Networking;
* Experience with PowerShell Scripting;
* Experience with Unix Shell Scripting;
* Experience with automatic deployments, XLDeploy (preferable);
* Experience with performance tuning and load and stress testing;
* Experience with Monitoring solution, Splunk (preferable).
