One of the leading clients is currently seeking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/O365 to work on a long term assignment in Zurich, Switzerland.
As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/O356, you will be required to be skilled within the following:
- Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product ( entities, workflows, security and configuration )
- Very proficient on CRM Business Processes in Sales automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality
- Experience of functional analysis, gap-fit analysis and functional support
- Analyse client's business requirements for CRM, perform Fit-Gap analysis and present functional solutions
- Excellent in communication, documentation and articulation skills
- Prepare and maintain functional requirements document and functional design document
- Coaching and guiding the development team on requirements and functional aspects
