Microsoft Dynamics AX - Technical Support Professional

Our client - a global leader in technology - requires a Microsoft Dynamics AX Technical Support professional to work within the EMEA product support team.

This role will carry responsibility for resolving customer problems and product issues arising from their use of the MS Dynamics AX product.

Excellent technical support skills and experience are required, together with detailed technical knowledge of the Dynamics AX product - particularly Dynamics AX 2012. The successful candidate will also have a strong general knowledge of ERP solutions and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of international customers on a wide range of different issues. So excellent communication skills really are mandatory for this role.

This is an exciting role, on the front line of a world-leading technology organisation. You will be expected to work partly from Reading, but there will also be an opportunity to do some work from home.
