Microsoft Dynamics AX Finance Consultant

*An outstanding opportunity to join eBECS, the Microsoft Partner of the Year, on an exciting long term contract. Excellent experience in Finance and Projects modules is essential.*

You must be prepared to spend 5 days/week on client site as it is crucial you become an integral member of the team whilst working closely with the client. It is also key that you have a number of Finance rollouts including Projects under your belt.

Your key responsibilities include;

- Participates in every aspect of the implementation from analysing the customer's business requirements to configuring the Microsoft Dynamics application to meet the customer's needs.
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes.
- Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics application and evaluates the customer's business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Demonstrates experience in use of the prescribed Microsoft Dynamics implementation methodology, Sure Step; understands the key activities and deliverables for the client engagement and internal projects.
- Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Is responsible for configuring and customising the Microsoft Dynamics application to achieve the customer's business requirements.

It is important you have the following experience;

- 3 - 5 years implementing Dynamics AX solutions
- Excellent experience in Finance and Projects modules
- Ideally an accountancy qualification
- High degree of insight and analytical skill
- Team-oriented; willing to align work with team's priorities and goals
- Able to influence, negotiate and build consensus
- Strong time management skills and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication
- Flexible and able to travel extensively
