Microsoft CSV System Engineer (English & German)

Our global Pharma/Medical Devices Client near Basel is urgently looking for a System Engineer to join at the early stages of a large transformation program.

English and German is required

Starting date: ASAP
Duration: Full time engagement at least until the end of the year

YOUR ROLE:
* Project related IT Infrastructure activities
* Analyze systems and document systems in scope of CSV according to SDLC requirements
* Server, Printer & Data Center monitoring, administration and operation
* 2nd & 3rd Line support (troubleshooting, incident management, debugging)
* Design & deploy solutions
* Integration and support of solutions together with other application teams
* Performance monitoring & tuning
* Creation and improvements of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and QA documentation
* Disaster recovery design & support activities
* Executing planned maintenance (security patching, operating system and tooling upgrades)

YOUR PROFILE:
* Strong knowledge Microsoft Server technologies and Vmware
* Microsoft MCSE, MCITP or MCSA on Windows Server technologies
* Experience with Linux is a plus
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science OR Federal Diploma in Information Technology.
* Advanced course work in technical systems plus continued education in technical disciplines
* German spoken and written, English spoken and written
