JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for design and delivery of quality solutions
- Definition of the physical BI architecture to support scalability
- Defining the physical BI architecture to support scalability, disaster recovery and high availability
- Planning and Support of technical upgrades (SQL Server 2014)
- Leading white-boarding and design sessions, workshops and project meetings as needed
- Work as part of a team or independently to develop and design solutions using SSIS, SSRS, SSAS
- Lead architecture, analysis, design and development of BI solutions and data marts
- Develop and design Integration (ETL, ELT) processes with MS SQL Server 2014 SSIS, DQS, MDM, other related technologies or tools
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience, specialisation in BI solution architecture, development and design in the banking/financial services domain
- Development and programming of tailored BI solutions with BIDs and C#
- Specialized in SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Reporting Services and related technologies
- Familiar with VLDB/data warehouse solutions, database centric applications and agile solution delivery
- Data Modeling and Data Warehousing (building/understanding star schema based data marts)
- Defining and ensure the achievement of non-functional requirements
- Excellent communication skills, highly self-motivated and strong ability to learn new technologies and analytics techniques
- Microsoft BI certification is a plus
- English fluent, German nice to have
CONTRACT DETAILS
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months
- Daily Rate: CHF 870.00 all inclusive
- Location: Zurich
