The client:

A large consultancy (FTSE 500)

Your responsibility:-

To work in a customer facing role to represent the single point of contact for providing technical support. The role requires the candidate to completely understand a large Business Intelligence System and act as a co-coordinator to provide maintenance and support to the system.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Interact with business users to resolve problems and gather requirements
Co-ordinate with team to plan, revise and share the maintenance activities of the system
Maintenance and monitoring of the BI system
Interface with various supporting team in the organization
Technical support and testing

Essential Skills Required:-

Ability to create, organize and manage workload
A strong knowledge and work experience in the Business Intelligence domain area
Fluent with SQL development (creation of stored procedures, functions etc) 2008
Strong skills in SSRS, SSIS
Basic knowledge on Sharepoint and RoamBI
Meet established priorities and schedules
Must speak both English and Italian

Desired Skills:-

Experience of working in an onsite-offshore model
Work experience in large BI Maintenance projects
