MI TEAM COORDINATOR - IMMEDIATE START - 8 WEEK CONTRACT

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced MI team cooridnator to join a well known construction and engineering company. You will be supporting the MI team, this role is focussed on gathering and validating data that feeds all our MI and reporting. To collate and build first draft reports/presentations for final input and approval by senior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect/chase data
- Generate first draft reports
- Maintain process documentation and management control systems
- Manages and promotes document control with the business
- Improve the accuracy and efficiency of data collection and reporting
- maintaining GDSP performance noticeboards
- co-ordination and logistics to support the team - whereabouts sheets, meetings, agendas, minutes
- team admin and IT support
- carrying out additional duties from time to time to meet the needs of the business
- driving your own development

Qualifications & Experience:

- A-levels - preferably with maths or related subject
- GCSE/A level Business Studies or similar
- Experience of work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of utilities desirable
- Experience of working in a busy team - with extended remit and relationships across the contract
- Strong knowledge of all standard Microsoft Packages, especially Excel
- Application of different data analysis tools
- Excellent planning and scheduling skills.
- Report writing capability
- Strong teamworker
- Good communication and questioning skills
