Role
Provide support to reward systems and related projects within the function. Contribute to multiple aspects of systems administration, working with Reward leads across the Group.
* Understanding of Reward, including Discretionary Total Compensation Approach and Policies.
* High level of technical proficiency with software applications, including MS Excel and Access; as well as GHRS. Experience with pay review systems a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence others.
* Well developed organsiational skills.
* Advance Knowledge of Excel or VBA
* Working on Payreview systems
