MI Reporting & Resource Planning Analyst

CAPITA RETAIL BANKING SERVICES provide bespoke in-sourced and outsourced managed service solutions, specialising in remediation services, customer and debt management as well as mortgage, savings and payroll services. As part of our relationship with a high-profile client within this sector, Capita Retail Banking Services are looking to recruit a MI AND RESOURCE PLANNING ANALYST on a fixed-term contract based onsite in Central Manchester.

The purpose of the role of MI AND RESOURCE PLANNING ANALYST provide daily MI and take ownership of resource planning to inform the operation of SLA achievement, volume variances and their impact to ensure achievement of client delivery.

The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

. Develop and implement production of 'tactical level' MI and data packs across the business for use in client meetings.
. Ensuring the timely delivery and upmost accuracy of existing MI.
. To resource plan and inform the operation of any risks and issues around volumes and age profile, reporting emerging risks to the Operations Manager.
. Ensuring resourcing requirements are monitored, planned and controlled; maximising resources to deliver all operational SLA's

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

. Significant experience of identifying and building MI data and Resource Planning models.
. Experience of Workflow Management; able to analyse data, problem solve at an advanced level .
. Numeracy and advanced computer literacy (eg Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
. Experience of process improvement to reduce cost or risk and of creating a culture of continuous improvement through effective coaching and feedback.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: customer focused with experience liaising with key stakeholders at all levels and effective meeting skills.
. Excellent time management and highly organised with a meticulous attention to detail; able to manage own workload to meet stretching targets and strict deadlines

An excellent, broad knowledge and understanding of the business, legal, regulatory and ethical framework relating to the financial services industry is required as well as expert knowledge and continuing professional development relating to the products, processes and regulation in the area of work under management.

In addition, evidence of continuing professional development and a relevant professional qualification at an advanced level would be highly beneficial to your application.
