MI Reporting Manager

As part of the creation of a new MI team, we are currently looking to recruit an experiened MI reporting manager to initially engage with a range of business stakeholders to agree reporting requirements, design solutions, understand business priorities and benefits, prioritise workstacks and provide regular updates.

You will lead a team of reporting consultants to deliver high quality MI which adds genuine value to all areas of the business.
Additionally, you will have oversight responsibility for all strategic change initiatives, specifically focused on the MI inputs and subsequently develop resource plans to meet their various needs.
Finally you will be required to implement MI data quality standards and service levels, addressing any incidents to minimise stakeholder impact.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of the successful delivery of fit-for-purpose MI solutions in a large, complex environment (ideally within Financial Services) and significant team leadership capability.

You will be expected to have some previous exposure to various tools such as; OBIFS, SAS, SQL, VBA, not necessarily in a hands-on capacity but be able to work with the team of reporting consultants and understand how they utilise these tools to deliver MI solutions to the business.
