MI Reporting Analyst-Microsoft Excel-SC Cleared- West Sussex

MI Analyst, Management Information Reporting Analyst, Advance MS Excel, SC Security Clearance is required by our client based near to Gatwick, West Sussex, South East (occasional travel to London)

Working in an SC Security Cleared environment. Due to the urgency of the role, candidates will ideally be security cleared although candidates eligible for clearance will be considered

Essential Skills/Knoweldge:

Access DB

Excel Advanced Skills - Including

Advance formula (eg SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, VLOOKUP, INDEX + MATCH etc.)

Building Tables Formatting

Previous experience in developing MI reporting tools. Knowledge of resource management systems.

You will be required to develop and build a tracking and scheduling tool/dashboard for the client. As they build its service portfolio, the new tool will be designed to track the services that migrate into the area and measurement and reporting to ensure performance is maintained.

The 2 key areas to address;
1) the development of a management dashboard to provide an overview of activity (that can be broken down into component parts) and;
2) a resource management system to effectively control and allocate resources to appropriate tasks within the department

You will offer appropriate skills and gravitas that can proactively go out and gather the requirements from various Heads of Service, build the databases and report into the Director.
