MI Lead

MI Lead/Manager required to join our financial services client in Halifax on an initial 9 month contract.

The selected candidate will join a high profile ATM Project within the Retail area of the bank and will be responsible for delivering all Management Information activities.

If successful you will be accountable for the design, implementation and publication of a dashboard to support performance and benefits tracking for the Branch Service Optimisation programme.

To be considered for this role candidates should have experience:
* As an MI Lead on a large complex project
* Delivering MI requirements
* Creation and publication of MI in order to track volumes and types of incidents and defects against

Key Performance Indicators
* Complete performance analysis to identify performance trends, variance and hot-spots and report those into the BSO Steering Group and Counter Demand forums.
* Developing and updating a MI Dashboard in order to report on Key Performance Indicators on a daily basis
* Excellent Excel skills
* Experience of navigating highly structured change control and support processes
* Data handling, processing and manipulation.
* Delivery-focused, strong on execution
