The MI Architect post, working within IT Services, and based at the Tremough Campus, will take the lead ownership and Architectural design on a new and Green Field (Microsoft SQL 2012) Datawarehouse.
Over the next two years UCF will be building from the ground up a Datawarehouse to deliver strategic decision-making support to the institution's senior management, taking feeds from several in-house systems and a variety of external data sources.
The role, aimed at a talented, motivated and business-facing individual, armed with strong business communication and problem solving skills coupled with solid Datamodelling, excellent ETL/DWH methods & concepts and deep skills in the Microsoft BI stack, to enable them to develop University College Falmouth's high profile project for its Business Intelligence platform.
University College Falmouth are offering the opportunity for the successful applicant to work remotely in this position. Should an individual be appointed on this basis then site days would be agreed as part of the contract of employment to enable the incumbent to attend site meetings and reviews.
