PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

Our client, a leading UK retail bank, require the services of an MI Analyst to deliver cost savings for the bank through self service devices.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- Accountable for the production of a weekly dashboard to support performance and benefits tracking for the Branch Service Optimisation programme. 
- Critically validate source data to ensure its delivery to the dashboard is timely and accurate.  Call out obvious exceptions at the earliest opportunity.
- Complete rigorous data validation tests in order to ensure the accuracy of published data.  Dashboards will be issued across all branches of the bank, rolled-up to bank, Region and Network levels.
- Summarise performance based on dashboard data and engage with Programme Manager and Workstream lead in calling out points of particular note.
- Manage data sources to ensure delivery to the dashboard team within SLA.  Proactively manage data outages to minimise impact be engaging with supplying teams.
- Engagement with Shared Services MI/Data team and Intranet team to manage all aspects of publishing the dashboard.

- Data handling, processing and manipulation.
- Operational understanding of the workings of GDW (desirable, but not essential).
