ROLE - Account Management Support - Senior Analyst

DURATION - 3 months

LOCATION - London

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

The Account Management Unit (AMU) is a new centralised unit that will provide oversight, support and relationship management for the provision of services to other financial entities.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The role of the AMU Support Senior Analyst will be to lead the AMU MI processes and submissions, engaging with a large network of both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of data provided at Cross-Entity Governance Forums.

- Liaison with numerous TSAs and AMU functions to gather appropriate Management Information (MI) to be supplied at the relevant AMU governance forums, influencing stakeholders up to Grade G level to ensure MI requirements are provided.
- Planning the overall MI production process for the AMU to ensure appropriate MI is recorded and delivered at the relevant AMU governance forums
- Oversight and Assurance of the MI from TSAs and ensuring this is standardised and inputted in to relevant templates and dashboards.
- Challenging the accuracy of MI where appropriate
- Analysis and evaluation of  MI received from TSAs to ensure it is reported in line with contractual requirements and the needs of the AMU and its Clients, challenging effectively where required
- Drive forward and enhance the MI production, standardisation and reporting processes to deliver efficiency benefits for the AMU and TSAs

CORE SKILLS

- Strong analytical, presentation, verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to provide clear, insightful MI and commentary.
- Experience in Planning, Reporting, RAID Management
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including effective relationship management
- Strong results delivery, including the proven ability to judge multiple projects/workstreams
- Analytical mind and strong attention to detail

DESIRED SKILLS

- Ability to work with Senior Stakeholders
- Change Management experience
- Ability to work in a varied, flexible and demanding environment
