MI Analyst/Production

My client, a financial services group, are looking for a Management Information Analyst to join their team on 6 month contract.

Rate: £200-250 per day
Length: 6 months
Start date: ASAP
Location: London

It is essential that you have worked with commercial banking complaints. Therefore previous experience dealing with complaints within the financial services.

The role:

Collate and build a baseline of historic MIS-selling complaints
Test and refine the complaint data.
Build an ongoing daily relationship with all the complaint source areas to access and upload their complaint data.
Develop macros to automate the production of regular and ad hoc MI - run rate, extrapolate trends, compliance and management information.
Build knowledge of trading systems and products in order to calculate trade exposures and cash flows for complaint assessments.
Utilise financial analysis knowledge to produce future redress predictions under different scenarios.
Familiarity with basic pricing/interest calculations would be an advantage.
