My Blue Chip Financial Services Client is looking for an experienced Analyst to manage the relationships with Complaints and MI Change programme (including knowledge of Business requirements) You will be gathering and analysing extensive data and preparing reports. You will need an understanding of the complaints data infrastructure. Perform ad hoc analysis to meet business requirements and project deadlines you will need an advanced level of complaints or PPI.
