Rate: £300 per day

Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit an MI Analyst for a six month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

THE CLIENT:

Leadingco-ordinating and implementing local complaints oversight arrangements, policies and processes that may involve consultancy support to business areas in setting up their own complaints MI function.

- Provide direction, advice and guidance to the senior management team on complaints MI and formulate such thinking into the production of effective reports, with specific accountability for identifying the risk impacts arising from the trend analysis of complaints.
- Develop and maintain the complaints database, maximising efficiency and effectiveness, and maintaining effective relationships with third party suppliers.
- Timely dissemination of effective complaints MI to relevant business areas in order for them to conduct root cause analysis.
- Regular review of financial industry news for complaint handling and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) related items to incorporate into root cause analysis and monthly reports.
- Support senior management in the production of risk reports and divisional update papers.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

The successful candidates must have:

-Strong MI production skills:

* Excel (advanced)

* MS Access 2003 & 2007

* Microsoft SQL Management Studio 2008

* Visual Studio 2008

* Ability to write complex SQL queries

-Previous knowledge of working in a Project environment
-Financial services industry knowledge would be advantageous
