My banking client is looking for an MI Analyst to gather and analyse extensive data, preparing reports when required.

This will require technical understanding of the complaints data infrastructure.

Key duties will involve attending and interacting at varying meetings and workshops. The successful candidate will also have to provide summaries to the reporting manager.

The MI Analyst MUST have:
-Excellent MI Analyst experience
-Strong knowledge of the end to end complaints process
-Excellent proficiency in data manipulation
-Extensive reporting experience
-Advanced PC skills including Excel and Access.
-Strong Stakeholder Management
