MI Analyst

Duties:

* Manage and communicate out the monthly global reporting timelines/calendar

* Liaise with Knowledge Centre Teams to ensure effective communications to the operations teams

* Collation and compilation of the monthly country KPI reports to final draft stage

* Collate and compile all relative data, from a variety of manual and online sources, and compile the monthly/quarterly:
Service line dashboards
MBR Report data pack
Operational Flash report

* Insight account administration:
Manage the creation/deletion of user accounts
Manage the user accounts access levels
Manage and distribute the monthly Insight Usage report
Insight user guides/templates/forms/videos/training documentation/process maps etc. are up to date and in line with current requirements
Carry out appropriate training through presentations to staff and the client as and when required

* Business Objects account administration:
Manage the BO auto scheduled reports for delivery confirmations, re-issue failed deliveries.
Manage the distribution lists of reports, update and amend as required
Run and distribute ad hoc reports as required

* CMS/SharePoint:

Ensure all MI related section on the GKC SharePoint is current and up to date. Liaising with Quality and Compliance team for any amendments/updates required

* Central MI Email Account:

Manage the central MI email box, responding to queries appropriately and escalating requirements to MI Manager and/or Senior MI Analyst

Skills, Experience and Attributes:

Degree qualified or equivalent through relevant training and work experience
Proven experience in Project Management advantageous
Good stakeholder management skills, and the ability to form strong collaborative relationships, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures
Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and team building skills
Strong communication skills; the ability to make extremely complex subjects clear and easy to comprehend
Data manipulation and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail and concern for order and quality
Good level of PC Literacy with MS Office, MS Project, Visio etc.
MS Excel Level - Minimum requirement - IF Statement, H/V Lookup Formulas and Pivot Tables experience
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines, be self-motivated, resourceful and an ability to work well in team environments
Flexibility with working hours and travel
