MI Analyst

MI ANALYST - EXCEL - SAP - HR - SUCCESSFACTORS - DATA RICH REPORTING

Our well known digital broadcaster requires a Management Information Analyst/Reporting Analyst to join the Resourcing workstream of HR Transformation Programme to develop a series of resourcing and workforce reports that will be used across to monitor workforce mix, headcount and cost.

- The individual will be comfortable working in a data-rich environment analysing source data from Finance and HR SAP systems, existing reports, data sets and spreadsheets.
- To design, develop and produce scheduled, ad hoc, and specialised reporting for central and operational HR, and wider business requirements, to agreed service levels (where applicable) or custom agreement
- To continually improve and automate reporting outputs where possible, forging links with other functions to ensure reporting is complementary and aligned; combine reporting and reduce bespoke requests

Required Skills

- Proven professional MI Analysis and Reporting experience using Excel with a deep understanding of the data in HR systems in order to maximise quality of reporting
- Must have strong knowledge and working experience of reporting and project managing SAP and/or Success Factors systems; knowledge of similar systems desirable
- Must have good knowledge of project management principles, and experience of working with at least one recognised methodology
- Must be highly confident in manipulating large data sets, and strong data analytical skills
