MI Analyst

Real are recruiting for an MI analyst on behalf of one of our international banking client. This is a contract role that is looking to pay up to £200 per day and will be based in Bristol. This exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Manager within a team responsible for monthly MI in within our financial client.

Their primary focus is the provision of Client level Financial Management Information to the Relationship Managers and Finance Business Partners within the Financial Institutions and Mid Markets Businesses in the commercial arena. The successful candidate will be part of a team responsible for monthly reporting using SAP Ledger data and source system feeds through the Management Information system (CBMI). The system provides monthly client level MI therefore the candidate is expected to have the ability to perform advanced detailed reconciliations in MS Excel and MS Access using strong developed analytical skills. These complex reconciliations provide the candidate with the opportunity to complete a wide range of tasks to gain understanding and skills in financial control techniques, ledger postings, central accounting adjustments, data processing and detailed data source insight and query handling.

In light of this we are looking for something that previous experience within banking, an individual that has good experience in producing robust client MI data, somebody that can take ownership of data sources and can identify process improvement opportunities
