Outsource UK are actively seeking to recruit an MI Analyst for a three month initial contract based with our key financial services Client, that we are working with as a first tier supplier.

The Job:
Working as a MI Analyst, the jobholder will be required to undertake a variety of tasks including:

* Daily/Monthly/Weekly MI production
* Attrition, Sickness & Recruitment reporting & trend analysis
* Scorecard design, development & reporting
* Daily/Weekly/Monthly Service Level Analysis
* ATT, Hold Time & Availability tracking and reporting
