Methods, Methodology, Modelling Expert - Design and Build, Brussels

My client is a large international bank seeking an experienced Methods Expert to join a team whose main objective is to implement, deploy and support the methodology aspects related to Design & Build management. You should have a background in Designthe banks uses mainly UML.
To build and deliver methodology training/coaching to the Design
To contribute to the on-going improvement of the Design & Build method (guidelines, modelling tools, quality criteria, etc.) keeping in mind the need for consistency of methodology across all the bank's sites.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 5 years experience of Software development life cycle:
Analytically minded, structured thinking,
Some experience in coaching/training other team members;
Experience in influencing/leading workshops/creative problem solving;
Good English and some French: ability to speak in front of a wide audience and ability to write processes and procedures and to formalize the request from the business.
French is required for delivering coaching/training in France.
Distributed and Mainframe environment tools and techniques.

You may have been exposed to process (re)engineering tools and practices, including:

Knowledge of industry standards (CMMi)
Knowledge of Datamodelling and BI techniques
Modelling techniques, (UML or Bachman);
Knowledge of at least 2 modelling tools (some knowledge of Mega would be nice to have);
Design requirements specifications gathering;
