Metadata Assistant (Temporary)
We are looking for talented assistants with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assign appropriate taxonomy and metadata to assets
- Maintain and update existing records to prepare for system migration
- Maintain usage rights metadata, including validating accuracy
- Other duties as identified and assigned
EXPERIENCE/EXPERTISE:
- Understanding of principles of library cataloging
- Working knowledge of cataloging systems and tools
- Knowledge of digital file formats
- High level of computer competency for MAC and Windows XP operating system
