Messaging Support/Administrator - MS Exchange 2003 & 2007, MS Windows Server 2003 & 2008, Active Directory - Dublin
Major global software solutions organisation requires an experienced Messaging Support/Administrator.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, administration and support of Microsoft Exchange environment, optimisation of Microsoft Exchange environment in line with best practice, diagnosis and remediation of problems in Microsoft Exchange environment, support of Email application & interface on a wide variety of endpoints, monitor and manage support queue for Microsoft Exchange and associated, messaging platforms, act as a contact for customers and other support teams on technical issues, maintain and update incident database, attend meetings and reviews as required, share technical knowledge with colleagues.
MUST HAVE
deployment experience of Microsoft Exchange 2003 & 2007, Microsoft Windows Server 2003 & 2008 technologies and administration, Active Directory including Group Policy Management, Microsoft Enterprise Active Sync, SSL certificates, MS Outlook 2007/2010, POP3/IMAP4/SMTP-based mail systems, Proficient knowledge of DNS, DHCP and LDAP services, Saadian B2M SMS gateway systems or equivalent, Fenestrae Faxination & Fax over IP systems or equivalent, archival systems - Enterprise Vault, or equivalent & excellent technical writing skills
