KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design & engineering global email infrastructure (Microsoft Exchange, Ironport)
- Mobile messaging operational support & engineering (Airwatch, Exchange ActiveSync, BlackBerry, Good for Enterprise)
- Advanced Microsoft Lync 2013 troubleshooting implementation
- General mail infrastructure administration (upgrading, patching, tuning and monitoring)

- MS Exchange 2010/2013
- MS Outlook 2010/2013
- MS Lync 2013
- Active Directory 2008R2/20l2R2
