Messaging and Lync Administrator

For an exciting new contract position based in Zürich. Our client, a major international bank, is currently seeking a MESSAGING AND LYNC ADMINISTRATOR.

AS A MESSAGING AND LYNC ADMINISTRATOR YOU WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING TASKS:

- Administration and technical support of the Exchange- and Unified Communications Infrastructure
- Technical support for Exchange related systems like BlackBerry, Good, Enterprise Vault
- Troubleshooting
- Collaboration within Projects
- Deep analysis of logs and reports
- Ensure 2nd level support to other departments
- Change and Release testing and implementation
- Ensure consistency with other regions (AMER/EMEA/APAC)
- Ability to work off business hours
- Pikett (on-call) during off-hours must be provided on regular basis

EXPERIENCE:

- Must have strong Exchange experience (Exchange 2010 and Exchange 2003)
- Must have strong Microsoft Lync experience (Lync 2010 or Lync 2013)
- Must have scripting skills in exchange environments (PowerShell)
- TCP/IP Networking knowledge (Protocol, Routing and VLAN)
- Security knowledge (Firewall)
- Enterprise email administration experience
- Blackberry and GOOD handheld experience
- Enterprise Vault experience
- A wide experience of Outlook 2010
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong troubleshooting background

- Proactive team player with communications skills
